On-site is the default. The diagnostic is flat-rate and credited if you proceed. Macs, PCs, printers, and Wi-Fi.
Do you come to the house, or do I drop it off?
On-site is the default—home or office on the Treasure Coast. If a bench repair is safer (data recovery, dusty desktops), we say so before anything leaves the building.
What does the diagnostic cost?
A flat on-site diagnostic. If you approve the repair, that fee is credited toward the job. You are never surprised into a teardown.
Can you look at Macs as well as Windows?
Yes. Windows PCs, macOS, printers, Wi-Fi, and the mixed household where one of each is fighting the other.
Do you sell computers?
We are not a storefront. If a machine is past saving, we help you pick the right replacement and set it up so the old files land in the right places.
How far do you travel?
Fort Pierce is home base. Regular coverage is St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River counties—Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Sebastian, and the island towns in between.
Is my data safe while you work?
We do not copy personal files off-site unless you ask for recovery or migration, and then only to media you own. Work is done in front of you when it can be.
